The Traditional Dungannon July 4th parade,
made its way down Main Street
on Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at 11 a.m.

Mountain Music Makers

The 25th Annual Mountain Treasures Festival featured the Mountain Music Makers the group of musicians plays old-time, mountain, gospel music using mountain instruments. The group members are, Ann McDavid on autoharp, Dawn Bays on dulcimer, Joey O'Quinn on banjo and Dovie Sowards on guitar and, Bill Bradshaw with the bass and Anna Wells on strumstick.

Billy Joe Grizzle- Drums, Peanut Ramsey- Rhythm/vocals,
Jerry Darnell- Bass, Matt Odle- rhythm/vocals,
Larry Rhoton- Lead/volcals,
Ricky Moore-vocals and Randall Nickels-sound

The day's festivities was capped off with a Fireworks Display that took place from Dungannon Intermediate School softball field.

The Dungannon Development Commission, Inc. thanks all the individuals and businesses that contributed and continuing support to the Mountain Treasures Festival. Without the support and efforts of these contributors in making the Mountain Treasures Festival come from a dream to a reality for it was not for their dedication the event would not be possible. We graciously appreciate their assistance in this years 25th Annual Mountain Treasures Festival.
