27 Years of Celebration
The 2009 Mountain Treasures Festival will be held on Saturday, July 4th.
The traditional parade
will make its way down Main Street
on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at 11 a.m.
Parade Line up will start at 10 a.m.
2009 Mountain Treasures Festival!
Dungannon Development Commission, Inc. cordially invites you to Scott County's largest Fourth of July celebration. This year's 27th annual event is expected to be an extravagant experience; with the various family friendly oriented festival activities. The commission will be taking entries for many family fun events that will be taking place on the day of the festival. Back by popular demand is the Mountain Treasures Festival Car Show and Miss 4th of July Theme Wear Pageant. For more info on the festival and entry forms for events clicking
here. The Commission appreciates the support of Scott County citizens for the Mountain Treasures Festival during the past 27th years. Any
individual or organization
planning to set up a vendor booth must register by completing
an
registration application.
If you are a food vendor, you are required
to file a Temporary Restaurant Permit with the
Scott County Health Dept.
15 days prior to the festival.

Miss 4th of July
Theme Wear Pageant.
The Pageant will take place
at 1:00 p.m.
at the
Dungannon Depot.
The Pageant has six divisions. Participation gifts will be given
to contestants who do not place. Miss 4th of July will receive
a trophy, custom banner and a beautiful crown. 1st & 2nd runners
up will be awarded in each division. Those winners will receive
