The DDC's Now taking Applications
for the 2008 Project HELP Season

The HELP Home Repair Program was first established in 1991. The Dungannon Development Commission, Inc. created the program called Project HELP because they saw a need to help assist low income citizens of the Dungannon community and surrounding areas within Scott County,. with home repairs. Project HELP is dedicated to providing safe, warm, and dry, affordable housing for low and moderate income families in Scott County. Project HELP is not intended as a handout, but a hand-up. Project HELP, which stands for, (Housing Enterprise for Low-income People) is designed to help those who are in need of home repairs and fall within the poverty guidelines. If you live in Scott County and in need of home repairs contact the DDC offices at (276) 467-2306 to see if you meet the requirements to qualify. Applications can be picked up at the commission office between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday thorough Friday. To learn more on the DDC's Project HELP or to consider volunteering click here
