The theme for the 2005 festival was
deemed
"A Salute to Scott County's Heros" to honor
all that Scott County Emergency Services Personnel
provides for the public. Serving as grand marshals of
the 2005 parade was top officials in each
branch of Scott County's Emergency Services.
