DDC's Needs List

The following is the DDC needs list. Items are sought by the organization for its many projects and programs including the following: Crisis and School Supply Programs. We collect donations in case of burn-outs, floods, etc. If you or your organizations can help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. The DDC also does a "School Supply Drive" each summer for the local children. You may bring with you supplies for children in grades K-7. In the past we have been able to supply more than 100 children with new back to school supplies. If your group would like to make a donation you may do so. We are seeking the following items: Crayons, Glue, (liquid or sticks) Scissors, Writing Tablets, Composition Books, Wide or College Ruled Note Books, Rulers, Pencils and Pens, Pencil Pouches or Boxes, New Story Books.

Office Supplies:

  • Postage Stamps —Immediate Need
  • Plain white business envelopes
  • Packing Tape

Cleaning Items:

  • Bleach
  • Spray Cleaners with Bleach
  • Paper Towles -Immediate Need
  • 39 Gallon Trash Bags —Immediate Need
  • 55 Gal Trash Bags
  • Lysol Spray
  • Laundry Detergents
  • The Cheap $1 Mops for Kool Seal

 

 

Tools:

  • Skill Saws
  • Drills—Immediate Need
  • Drill Bits
  • Reciprocating saws
  • Jig Saws
  • Paint Brushes —Immediate Need
  • Drop Cloth —Immediate Need
  • Other commonly used tool

Other Items:

  • Bags for Food Bank and Thrift Stores —Immediate Need
  • Gift cards to Target, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Office Depot, Sam's Club or Gas Cards

Emergency Items:

  • Battery Camping lanterns (for when the power goes out) —Immediate Need
  • Neosporin
  • Latex Gloves Size L&XL —Immediate Need
